DecideAlready FAQ

How many people can I invite to respond to my question?

As many as you like. There is no limit to how many participants you can have.

How do I know that my response was considered?

When you receive an email informing you that a decision has been made, you'll know that your input counted. There is no way for a moderator to make a decision arbitrarily. The Advanced decision method allows question moderators to adjust the weight of individual criteria, but DecideAlready does not allow individual responses or participants to be excluded or diminished.

Do I need an account to use DecideAlready?

You may respond to a question without logging in, but you must create an account and log in before sending a question.

I lost my password. What should I do?

Click on the 'Forgot Password?' link in the box at the top of the page.

Do you support Internet Explorer?

DecideAlready supports IE7. Although it should be functional in IE6, we do not guarantee that all features will work as well as they do in other browsers.

Who are you and where did you come from?

DecideAlready is the first company to emerge from SproutBox, an innovative venture company dedicated to fostering software startups in the midwest.
